It's a lovely detached holiday home with a private swimming pool situated in the sunny whine region of the Languedoc, in the south of France. The villa offers a tranquil setting for those wishing to relax and lovers of countryside.

This comfortable holiday villa is recently built. Ideal for families (parents, grandparents and kids) who love the French way of living. It sleeps 12 persons. It's located in the charming village of Roquebrun, in the valley of the river Orb. Here we are in the centre of the 'Parc Naturel régional du Haut-Langudoc'. Whether you decide to drive, cycle or hike, the mountains offer a wide range of hiking and walking paths. It's the home of the historical Cathar castles. The surrounding area is full of historical interest with some stunning castles and medieval villages Easy access to the cities of Carcassonne, Narbonne, Perpignan, Céret, Montpellier and Béziers. It just takes 1 hour to the beaches of the Mediterranean sea and 2 hours to the Spanish border. In this district there are lots of fêtes, markets and wine tasting during the summer. The medieval village of Roquebrun is in walking distance with an excellent boulangerie, as well as a small supermarket, a winery (where you can try before you buy), 3 good quality restaurants and a bar-tabac.

The living accommodation of the house is all on the top floor, included a comfortable spacious modern kitchen-dining area with French windows and a wood burner. It's surrounded by a large terrace overlooking the mountains of the Parc Naturel and the vinyards of Sint Chinian. On the ground floor are 5 air conditioned bedrooms with each including a bathroom with WC. The heated swimming pool is enclosed by a charming sun terrace with pergola and a well equipped outdoor summer kitchen with fridge, cooking hob, BBQ, sink and dishwasher. Ideal for Provencal outdoor living.

All this makes it a paradise in total privacy. In fact an extremely Bonn'Idée!
